Sprott fighting on Charity in London this week?

Anyone know what this is all about?? Is it official stuff?

Mischael Sprott tops an Evans and Waterman dinner show against American Zack Page at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on November 19.
Sprott, the former British heavyweight champion from Reading, takes on the 35 year-old in an eight rounder. The American, from Warren, Ohio has a record of 16 wins, 21 defeats and two draws.
London based heavyweight Ali Adams and middleweight Danny Adams also face selected opponents on the Phillip Green charity dinner show.

Former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Michael Sprott ticks over in an eight-rounder this Wednesday in London against American journeyman Zack Page.
Veteran Sprott, a pro since 1996, has boxed only once since Matt Skelton outscored him in a drab affair last year at the O2 Arena, and was handed another another loss by solid Ukrainian Taras Bidenko in Germany in May, also on points. The Reading stylist is one of those hot and cold fighters, good enough to lick the likes of Audley Harrison and Danny Williams but also liable to switch off, as he did in the Skelton 12-rounder and in an earlier Williams fight. Still, Michael's opposition has been consistently tough and - big fights looming again, like a rematch with Harrison and possibly one against Belfast thumper Martin Rogan - he deserves this sharpener.
Page is one of those 'busy' fighters who has crammed in 39 fights (16 wins) in just over four years as a pro and certainly knows his way around a boxing ring. His opponents include cruiserweights like Guillermo Jones, Jonathon Banks and Louis Del Valle and plenty of 'name' heavyweights, although he rarely gets stopped. Like "Sprotty", he is a small heavy, tough and cute and seasoned.
Anything else than a points win for Sprott on Wednesday would be quite surprising.

Two things really, one it wasnt listed on here and I wondered whether it was sanctioned by the BBBC or rather whether it was an exhibition.
