Just about to get underway. there is 6stone difference in the weight. Jesus, This is a complete joke. The Hungarian must be shitting himself.
Agree- he is a cruiser. Why bring someone all that way when he obviously isn't an appropriate opponent.... oh wait , a first round knockout looks good on the record!Finch wrote:Just about to get underway. there is 6stone difference in the weight. Someone durable? Someone who isnt 6 stone lighter and god knows how many inches shorter?Old bones Ian wrote:Come on, lay off the lad, what did you expect for his debut?
He got the job done, and from what i saw there is alot to like.
Obviously he has alot of work to do, but he's got a good jab, and knows how to put his combinations together.
For me , i'd like to see his left had up more, not go back in straight lines.
Hopefully see him in the ring again soon, there is now alot of heavies starting out in the UK, which can only be good for us
If he's being matched the same in his next couple of fights, then yes i will moan.MatthewS wrote:Someone durable? Someone who isnt 6 stone lighter and god knows how many inches shorter?Old bones Ian wrote:Come on, lay off the lad, what did you expect for his debut?

I agree. If someones debut isn't like Gatti v Ward 1 then I think they should just fornicate off and retire.MatthewS wrote:Someone durable? Someone who isnt 6 stone lighter and god knows how many inches shorter?Old bones Ian wrote:Come on, lay off the lad, what did you expect for his debut?

It's already been on, Jim said at the start of the programme they'll show the best of the undercard if they have time. Its a 2 hour show and they only had Fury and this one scheduled so it should be on ITV4.Wales wrote:has gethin lawton been yet?

Hennessy actually progresses his guys one step at a time, early fights, Area and English, British and onwards from there.MatthewS wrote:oh dear.jameswilson wrote:I agree. all im saying is that we are losing our sport thanks to matchups like that. what did he learn from that?
I tell you what james, if you are going to be silly so will i.
lets let him fight just those types of men for the next 15 fights, and then he can get sparked out by a South American banger. thats how we bring fighters on nowadays isnt it?
