Hi

I'm looking to do a bit of training in Farnborough - nothing serious, mainly to get my mate fit. Does anyone know of a good gym here? Maybe looking for someone to do some pad work if possible.

I've trained at Camberley on and off - it's ok but you can feel lost there if you're not "in" with the crowd.

What's Guildford like ?

Foley isn't that far, i've trained there a bit in the past and it was excellent, dunno if it's still going

I showed the lad that I work with that website and he said it's a really dodgy area and wouldn't want to go there.

To be fair I get that impression about a lot of gyms I've trained in - hardly surprising really, lads been training together for a while, outsider comes, unless someone knows them I doubt many will welcome them with open arms...

Coco - cheers mate, but this is a bit of a hike for me.

It's in the middle of a housing area but don't worry about that.

You won't get any posher than Foley, Claygate is the most unlikely area for a boxing gym ever!
