Well according to Boxrec, Otieno is a 5ft 7in Super Middleweight and Cleverley is a 6ft 1.5in Light Heavyweight. This doesn't sound like the matchmaking of good old allegedly

To be fair, that is a question that should be directed at the sanctioning body, not the promotor.

Commonwealth title is a bit pointless really- all the bouts seem to be V unknowns .

This fella is hardly unknown! He has snuck into the top 250 at Super Middle!
On that basis he clearly deserves a shot at the Light Heavy Comm title

In fairness this fella is probably getting paid a pittance with no chance of winning, the only people making money is SN. Of course the average fighter like me would kill for the same shot for the same money. However the likes of myself settled for my position in this murky business a long time ago.
To be fair boxing was still good to me and I look back with fond memoies.
