After writing on the Hoppa topic, I got myself out to thinking of fighting in OZ. I've aöways wanted to, but nothing solid ever came through. We were offered the October fight with Heta, and he said no. Offered Briggs on short notice. Offered Hoppa, but only if I fought Leapai for cheap first.
I would like to take this opportunity to let the Aussies know, I would like the fight with Heta, and if they can get a promoter to put it together for his WBF Asia Pacific title, I would be the happiest man on the planet!

Is he the kind of guy who would fight me? Would people care about this fight? How good is he?

i'm with you,hes got the WBF asia pacific and defending it against nobody like mick peachey go and get him chauncy and when your done hav hoppa man it'll be MAINEVENT in here AUST vs NZ champion.
Just heard from a little bird from harrys gym Germany promoters & Donking wants Mr Leapai after his performance with Cronje & reading on 1 of da forums if he uses his jabs & his combinations he put 2gether which never seen by alex adding 2 it his overhang right that hurt cronje he would be a big contender in the world ranks who also can stand toe 2 toe who i know for sure doesn't duck anyone.

this would be a big payday for every 1.

I'm with you no matter who you fight. Cameron would be very nice. Big Bob? The Tuaman would be the ultimate. You get them bonus points here at Boxrec for winning abroad too. I still want to see HoggMan Sargent 2 though.

We were gaining momentum getting the Sargent fight together, then I haven't heard a word from them.
I want Big Bob. I was supposed to fight him before but he ended up not able to fight as he took the Timo Hoffman fight instead, which made him much more money.

I would like a fight with Colin Wilson. He seems to never turn down a challenge. DD

even though Bob and Colin are at the end of their respective careers they are still not bad 'names' to fight. The money would not be great, but i'd be suprised if either knocked you back.

I'm sure the boxing fans of australia would love to see you fight here.

Just curious as to why your not calling out others like Houmono, leapai and Demori although they still dont have the experience as you, they would be our better Heavyweights and a better matchup which should be the main focus not the abc world asia anzac polenesian tasmanian antartic Heavyweight title. LOL

Ben, reach is only an advantage if i stay at his distance, i always going to have the shorter arms, no big deal.

Isabella, some good fighters in australia, and with the right connections can make much more money fighting in germany and usa. I did some sparring at the don king training camp with some name heavies and i looking forward to fighting on chauncys show and trying to get in the ring with some big name fighters to test my abilities.

where would the fight be in NZ or Aussie? hey mark rematch with alex sum time soon every1 talks about dat but i think u both are heading the same direction may be towards retirement would u face each other i figred u guys got bigger things to fry like world heavies, wat do u think?

oh yeah Demori vs Haumono or Hoppa that would be PPV in aussie bigtime!!

How would he know what Leapai's plans are?

Your right mate, I suppose you have to be prepared to give height and reach away most times at Heavyweight anyhow.

i dnt know big eagle personally i have friends who are close 2 him dwn here in sydney.
i was suppose to go to the Hyder fightnight at the club marconi had 2 work,my mates went mention how good michael kirby is it would make a great opponent 4 chauncey & demori.

....which took Corey Wainwright to 4 losses (3 by KO) and no wins. He also looked to be grossly overweight (292lbs).

I think Kirby should look for a more worthy opponent.
