I don't know about the ugliest, but I'm sure if she stayed off the hard drugs and ate a little more her voice and performances would be fantastic. Like her songs and voice but I have always been a sucker for that old Jamaican/ska music thing that regenerated with the Specials/Madness/ Beat/Selector and co.
