The poster has ITV on it, so I suspect ITV 4 - maybe ITV 1?

I think it'd have to be something special to get on ITV1.

Nice to see that they're open to other promoters. Any other Hobson fights coming to ITV/4?

News coming soon with regards to future "televised" fights.

And - anyone who said Fight Academy were finished - you might be eating some humble pie!!

Looks like they're coming back with a vengeance with the good signings. Things have been very very quiet since Clinton-Tarver, until very recently. I thought they were on the way out.

A hard ask for Clinton though, getting back in the IBF picture. If he gets to Dawson, that's a bloody hard fight - another rangy southpaw. And American TV won't want it. Perhaps Dawson vacates the title or something. If the fight happens, I suppose at least Dawson will take risks and potentially leave his chin out there. Shame that Clinton hasn't been able to show the Yanks some of the stuff that he showed over here (the Hoye, Gonzalez and Johnson 3 fights).

I was told he hasn't signed yet and is furious at Boxing News. He can't box for a few months because of his injury , so why would he turn pro now?

Also heard that ITV4 pulled out of Woods fight

Why would ITV pull out of that fight? Woods has been in some good fights.

I do not find Woods boring. His fights tend to be rather entertaining, in my opinion.

ITV4 not being willing to show Woods's IBF title eliminator seems very odd to me.

Not really Horse, although I don't know if the rumours are true. However, its an eliminator against a no name, ITV have no exclusive (yet) multi fight deal with FA, and the fight is taken place in Jersey... so expensive to get a camera crew etc.

Why jersey seems strange choice!!

ITV are apparently broke because huge fall in advertising revenue. They have dropped the Boat Race and are generally cutting costs everywhere. It's Jersey because that's where Hobson lives.
