Just thought i'd let anyone who's interested know that someone is doing a small video diary of clips of me training leading up to the Piccirillo fight. There will be one done roughly every week from now. The 1st one's just gone up. It's at http://www.youtube.com/ballyupnorth. :box: 1st ones just a bit of an intro, there'll be more of an insight in the future.

Gwann - Mooresey!

I think I will have a rest after watching that - had quite a big Sunday dinner and just the thought of jogging is making me tired!

:D

Good luck in the fight - give him a pizza dis! :box:

Jamie, pressure, pressure, pressure is the key to this one, there is not a chance Piccirillo will be able to keep up with your pace.

Ha ha added afterwards pal, probably would have been Olivers Bob Marley if he'd have left the original music in. :TU:

That's better mate, as long as it's not 'No woman no cry' :D

I hear Piccirillo shadows to the three tenors anyway. :TU:

It's more that I tend to write something and then edit bits out so the end post can be a bit dis-jointed.

Jamie, Tommy Egan has said that a bout between yourself and James Moore may happen in 2009, Is this something you are aware of? Is it something you would be interested in ? I know its something that I would like to see. Also do you think you will be fighting in Ireland again? I saw you in the tallagh basketball arena and enjoyed it

First things first pal we've got to win this European title, then i'll fight anybody put in front of me, including James Moore. Fingers crossed i'm successful then i'd love to come back to Ireland and defend over there, really enjoyed it last time, and all my family got to come up from Kilkenny and watch which was a bonus. :TU:

Enjoyed them youtube clips, great insight in the third one.

You seen much of Piccirillo in action Jamie? Is he a typical Italian backfoot fighter?
