The novelty of these prizefighter tournaments is quickly wearing off.

It's a weaker list so far given the strength of the light-heavies.

I think its Ben Murphy missing from list above

Ive gone thro all boxers and tried to cross reference fighters theyve all fought like i have in past and on first refelction this seems to be the closest Prizefighter yet , dosnt seem to be really anybody who completly stands out

I notice Green has lost against King and Holborn but that was only by 1pt in each another thing

i notice is Ben Murphy according to boxrec is only 5'3 where as Brawley and King are 5'10 bit of a height advatage if they meet i would think


i think there is someone who looks like could be the winner to me but will keep it under my hat for now and see what the general thoughts are

im 2 mins from clydebank....if anyone knows the nice suburb of drumchapel , cough cough lol

mcarthur hopefully will win , be good for the local area

just reading about McArthur, sounds like he's had a few problems in past year injury wise and personal life, sounds like he's up for this tho to get things back on track

Of the Scottish four, Stuart Green could spring a surprise on everyone IMO. He's a scrapper, loves a tear up and I reckon that he'll be explosive over 3 rounds.

prizefighter is here to stay

it appeals to a more mainstream crowd and is a great concept......a useful way of pitching veterans with young prospects.

as ive stated in another prizefighter related thread the novelty is wearing thin. but ill be rooting for Stephen Burke in this one

I think that Charlie King is in with a strong chance!!!!

I think with the Scotish English mix this will be a cracking night, Personally i want to see Stuart and Charlie again, I was there that fight and felt the decision went the wrong way, I also think Gary Will be best odds he looks hungry again

As the odds suggest this could be the closest prizefighter yet. 1 factor keeps cropping up though, the best amateur pedigree always does well (with the exception of Rogan). I'll leave you to find out which boxer. I enjoy Saville's no nonsense style and he could do well if he does'nt get cut, and doesnt get picked off. The 3x3's will suit his aggresive style as he has more ko's than the rest of the boxers combined. I really cant call this one and look forward to viewing his entriguing show.

I've only seen a couple of these guys and it doesn't excite me like the last couple of prizefighter lineups have. I will still watch it and hope it;s good fun but I think they are doin too many prizefighters close together. As there aren't any standout bets I won't be betting on this one - it's anyone's this time well and truly.
