His English has improved out of sight in the last 2 years.

If we don't mention it its like we are ignoring the 10 ton pink elephant in the room. I think Vic's climbing into top 3 pound for pound ratings will rely on him eventually facing down Donaire. He wants to fight him but Gary Shaw won't have it. It must be quite frustrating.
