I'm not 'cos I haven't got Foxtel @ home. Was going to pop down to local RSL, but don't feel up to it.
Basic results would be appreciated.
Cheers

Arron Bartley TKO5 over Crouch.
I thought Casserly lost a very close decision, bt it would be hard pill to swallow for Brownlee.I hope he continues boxing he's extremely talented.

I honestly thought young Tui was aiming too high @ this stage of his career. He'll be better for it & should be proud of himself.
What were the scores?

118-111, 115-114, 118-109.
Tui has a very very solid chin,He held his own and i think two of judges might have been a bit generous for Medley. It was a really good war, non stop for 12 rounds.

I think I'll pop down to the local RSL tomorrow & catch the replay of it.
Scoring appears to be grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Given that score, I guess one can then understand Casserley/Brownlee outcome

decent card. Excellent start for the year
I reckon Casserley v Brownlee was a draw. Brownlee would be better off showing less reaction, either positive or negative, when he gets caught. I hope this doesn't deter him, he looks to have a future and will undoubtedly fill out a little yet as well (he gave away a couple of kg's) last night.
Wills v Kennedy was indeed ugly. Wills has some talent, but it needs a lot of refining yet. Good luck to him. Kennedy did what he had to to have a chance.
Bartley v Crouch didn't highlight much to me. Crouch is game, but showed why it is hard to cross to boxing. His stance appeared all wrong. Bartley did what he needed to do. He could be in a little better condition if he wants to move up in class.
Pittman v Clenshaw showed that at a doemestic level Pittman is amongst the best. Josh was game but outclassed. Pittman needs to consider taking on the best here. He intimated that MW might be past him now. Perhaps Bika or sam would be very good tests for him. If he is going to stay at MW then obviously Mundine or Geale are logical choices. I'd like to see him v Mundine TBH. It might be a great exhibition of boxing and a controlled step in the right direction for Mundine.
Medley v Leveni was a really good fight. Enjoyed it alot. Tui wil only improve and if he gains the ability to fight consistently through rounds, as opposed to in spots, he could be an excellent prospect. Medley needs to figure out what he wants to achieve and set a path to achieve it. Is he a potential world Champ? I really don't think so. His chin is a little suspect and he appeared to tire in this fight (with some justification due to the pressure from Tui). What are the chances of a fight with Pittman?

A Pittman versus Medley bout would only prove that a good big man will always beat a good little man.
Both were impressive last night. Jamie now needs to take on the likes of Geale, Bika and perhaps Dawson. Robert to go further needs to rid himself of that "rope a dope" technique as it will become his downfall and sap his energy. This was apparent last night as he faded a bit in the last 3 rounds as the pressure was applied. The fight was a bit closer than the scorecards indicate.
The Wills - Kennedy bout was terrible to watch and future matchmakers must never let either fighter again fight anyone whose has the opposite stance, otherwise a wrestle will eventuate and the watchers will be bored sh!tless.

I still think Brunker has a lot of promise. Certainly more than Caserley
