Are the Germans on Setanta? If so then I will Sky+ the ITV card and watch the Sky one live.

Then I will catch the German one on the repeats come Sunday morning.

Yes, baby.

I think Thaxton, Fury et al is a more attractive card than this and it is on ITV4! The german card looks so-so but worth a watch.

Skelton-Rogan may be interesting but very likely a dull hug fest and we all know the olympians will win very easily without actually being able to show if they have what it takes for the pro-ranks or not. All in all Sky will do well if they keep the olympians signed but their debut show will be no competition for meaty micks itv4 show

Fury v a fat pudding who always goes the distance and Thaxton v some French bloke who lost to Dave Stewart - great bill!!!

Well if you are big into recording, it is probably best to Sky+ ITV and Setanta cards and catch the Sky repeat of the Olympians... cause fair play, Sky's repeats are better... my one gripe with Setanta - why cannot they show the bill "as live" when repeating it.

Am i right in thinking they are fighting only four rounds ?

I hope this is not true, no doubt they'll be wrapped up in cotton wool fighting bums for the next 20 fights like Khan.

Darren Sutherland for starters, an Olympian. Most fighters start on sixes.

Well for each one fighter you can name which started out on six rounders there are hundreds which started out on four, including almost all of the top guys from Klitschko down to the minimum weights. So I don't know where you got the idea that most boxers start out on six rounders.

My point is I wouldn't fret about the olympians starting out on 4 rounders, it's the way it's always been for people moving from AM to pro, including guys like Duran and Tyson.
