Prize Fighter was fixed retraction

It seems as though I have not got my facts right on a couple of things, for example Stubb's career etc. It also appears that I have upset some of you people on here, (Stevie) which I did not set out to do, but who do you think would of given Oakey a better fight, Dilks with his height, reach and movement, or and this is no disrespect to Stubbs someone who is similar to Oakey but not as good in every single department.

What next, a thread saying the FA Cup is fixed because it was Southend playing Chelsea and not Man U, which would have been 'a better fight... [better] in every single department'....

Man U got beat in the sami's by southend, Man U was putting better passes but southend just nicked it on work rate...

Either way Tony Oakey was coming out the winner in the finals :box:

I guess it's "PrizeFight Fixed - Retraction," but maybe I'm wrong.

Well dont know about a fix but something dodgey was going on there, I mean 3 experienced judges being unable to add 3 rounds up properly???... total farce... I know mistakes happen but come on! its just 3 rounds! how hard can that be?. Good on Oakey winning like he did, but the whole thing didnt smell so good in the end and at very least the fans were deprived of seeing a much more competitive final imo. If the 3 wise men really made such an error then maybe their competence to judge fights should be looked at closer...

You're on dangerous ground Emerson. Retract that statement immediately.
