Matthew Bloody Barney??..who the hell at ITV is buying these fights. He's a good boxer but his style is made for radio not tv.

I'm hoping Barney wins - i know no one likes his style, but i train with him regularly, he's confident he's punching harder than ever. I find his style intriguing. May not be pretty, but he's definitely got a clever boxing brain.

I like Danny McIntosh and I've been impressed with his last 2 performances (the only ones I've seen). We all know that Barneys a fcuking nightmare to fight, so it'll be interesting to see how Danny copes with his unorthodox style. Keeping his workrate up could DM's key to winning the fight.

Barney's fighting again? I've had trouble sleeping lately, think I'll tune in! Seriously I think McIntosh is too green to handle a clever, awkward as hell, experienced pro like Barney.

McIntosh KO in six I think. But I wouldn't rule out a win for Barney.

Barney will be too wise for McIntosh and if there is questions about Danny's stamina it will be answered here. I expect Danny to be blowing out of his arse by the 6th and for Barney to coast to a points win or a late stoppage.

Think we might see a new Barney here, he can't have that many fights left and needs some paydays so he needs to be more exciting so hopefully we'll see that here.

I think McIntosh will win this one, but Barney has the experience and potential to make it a tricky night and could steal it with his backfoot "boxing".

people forget barney should really be a euro champ! He was totally robbed that night! Plus he lasted the course with froch which is a more impressive result as time goes by!

In a roundabout kind of way, i am finding it funny. He doesn't give a shit if everyone hates him.

To be fair Froch has a broken hand from the Porras fight for their clash.

His operation was booked in ready for the week after the Barney fight, due to the fact it was on ITV and he didnt want to miss the slot.
