Just got mine on the fone so you can actually tell them where u want to sit. If you go on the website it chucks up some random isle seat behind a corner post every time in my experience.

9.75 on top for Ticketmaster.......rip off.......and then , right at the death, 2pound something or other processing fee....sorry! Like do you want my fcking money or not?? That's 2.50 for the lad to put my card details through a machine which takes 30 seconds, surely he should be getting paid out the 9.75 charge I'm paying to his employer, Ticketmaster.

On top of which I was offered the opportunity to basically PURCHASE a telephone number for 15 pound a year, that circumvents the automated telephone line and lets you speak straight to a person.

Two years ago I bought boxing tickets in Dublin, the chief support bout of which collapsed. I argued that as that's all I wanted to go for in the first place could I be refunded and was told no, because the rest of the show is still on. I did eventually get my money back on that one but what a fcking carry on.

See tickets were the big rip of last year. 10% fees handling i think. So if you were crazy enough to buy a ringside tickets for haye - macca (1 grand) you had to pay another 100 and probably a bit more for posting. You better of joining face book and buying the tickets of the boxers.

I think ticketmaster also charge you for sending your ticket via Email, or even for box office collection.

I paid £7 extra on a £50 ticket for Khan with seetickets, and an extra £5 and £6.50 on tickets for boxing at the NIA and Echo Arena respectivly- and that was using their own websites.

£300 with £20.50 'fees'. Combined with the fact I was on the phone for about 15/20 minutes before I spoke to a human.

Thieves.

Think I have been had then, Got two tickets in block g, seat numbers 1 and 2.ha. Booked them on the site. You guys think I will be able to see anything or just see a ring post...

Exactly right - and whats even better about Real Deal's suggestion is that a lot of boxers will be on commission on the tickets they sell to supplement their fight fee - so its good to go through the boxers on facebook or the promotional companies direct.

do boxers sell tickets at face value? Heck, even if they charge a bit of commisson I would be happier to pay that than to pay the same to ticketshafter.

Which promotional companies sell tickets direct? Maloney does through paypal, but I've not seen any more.

Allegedly Frankly with flat floor it is hard to tell what sort of view you will be getting. Given that a ring is naturally raised up a bit and you are on the floor level though it is possible there are obstructions with the angle.

Fight Academy used to mate - if you also ring Matchroom I am positive they would always be happy to help and in addition whilst Hennessy Sports have used ticketmaster if you let them know you wanted a ticket but would not get one through ticketmaster - I am positive they would help you too!!!
