Tyson Fury v Audley Harrison

What do people think of this match up after Tyson has had a few more fights?
After all, he called out any British fighter after his win on Saturday and thinks nobody wants to get in the ring with him.
Audley is desperate to get his career back on track, again and I really dont think Haye will face him. Audley would be the odds on favorite surely so it would be a real step up the ladder if Tyson could beat him.
People will want to see it, it makes perfect sense to me - what do you guys think?

I dont think Audley would be odds on favourite with any single heavyweight I can think of.
Would you back him to beat:
Rogan II, Skelton, Sosnowski, Sprott II, Williams III, McDermott? I wouldn't.
Would you back him in a Prizefighter competition, I wouldn't? I wouldn't put money on him beating Light-Heavyweights on recent form.
Hell I'd give someone like Big Dave Ferguson a shout of beating him over 10 and if I do that Tyson Fury wont be far off either.
It isn't about skills, speed, power.....just simple gumption and self-belief. Audley hasn't demonstrated anything beyond stubborn perservance or self-denial in years.

I'd pick Fury to beat him because he is confident, punches hard and has half a brain.
Plus he doesn't seem a bottler, his dad wouldn't allow it!
I wouldn't even put Harrison in the top 5 heavies, he's number 7/8 at best.
The guy is still getting so much press and so many threads without doing anything to deserve it.
Even if he won 10 on the bounce now he'd still have fucked up his pro career.

Tyson needs more development before he faces Audley Harrsion. He has'nt gone beyone three rounds yet and needs to work on his stamina and build up the calibre of opposition and get the rounds in. At the moment he is fighting punch bags and needs to step up in quality. Harrison at the moment would beat Tyson, because he has more technique, experience and can go 12 rounds, Tyson would tire and suffer a technical knock-out. Tyson needs to work on his technique, he needs to learn how to punch with his body and legs, where as at the moment, he is all arms and because of that, does'nt generate any great degree of power. He has a decent range of punches, particularly the body punch, but it's all a bit raw and needs a lot of honing. He also needs to develop a defence, which at the minute is'nt there at all, due to the poor quality of opposition, which does'nt fight bacl or even punch him at times. He needs to increase his all round fitness, stamina and conditioning, but as i said earlier, that will come with better quality opponents that can take him a few rounds. Untill he has done all of this, he should stay clear of someone like Audley Harrison. Rogan only had 11 pro fights when he beat Harrison, but Rogan is a different set of circumstances to Tyson, in particular his age and experience. Don't forget Tyson is only 20 years of age and needs taking at a slow pace, despite the media hype and what his father keeps saying.

Looks like Martin Rogan is way better than you all gave him credit for.
Audley would decap Tyson Fury, don't tell me anyone other than Tyson & his old man actually think he's the next big thing? Sh#t the bed.

Not sure Audley has the power to “smash” anyone but he would definitely win.

Sorry, based on what?
I don't buy into the Fury hype either but we're talking about one of the most underachieving fighters in British history.

I'm not sure that that many people would want to see it as Harrison is beyond a busted flush these days, but it might make an intruiging fight.
That says more about how poor Harrison is, that I can think that a fight between him & a total novice might be intruiging!!!
