nothing about it so far. i would be very doubtful on it being on tv over here.

Hope it is but doubt it. Although Lee could do without the hype, I want him a little under the rader this year and to be kept active and less of the world Champion comments from Steward please!

Those wc comments really piss me off, what is the point in doing it. I remember his first fight in Ireland steward said it , I think that coming from a man with such status in the sport andy may of believed his own hype.

It should be a good card.

I’ve never understood the hype surrounding Lee, I don’t know what Stewart sees in the kid.

Andy is technically a quality fighter - genuine world class. The issue is with his engine - hopefully that will improve.

The hype basically stemmed from the youtube clip of his KO of Carl Daniels (check it out it is a beauty) and Manny telling the world that Andy will be a world champ.

Too much, too soon imo - anyway, he was fighting well and winning against the guy he lost to (name slips my mind - from the Contender) and I thought it was a pretty premature stoppage - I'd like to see a rematch.

I’m not saying that he cant fight I’m saying that I cant see anything special in the kid.

The Brian Vera fight exposed his defensive limitations & lack of an engine.

The kid hasn’t got particularly fast hands or feet, as already mentioned he’s not elusive, he is physically strong and a hard if not explosive puncher. Actually he really reminds me of Alex Arthur (another fighter that I never really rated).

He will never become a top contender let alone a champion.

He's a good fighter but he takes too many shots, at least he has the last two I've seen him in....

I don't think he'll be a world champ, though he'll get probably get a shot at one.

The ticket sales must be poor and Irish ropes are blaming advertising. You can see why Duddy is getting out of Irish ropes.

Sad tale indeed. If they can't sell tickets for a bunch of Irish fighter on a card designed for St. Paddy's day then we have a problem. Credit crunch bites.
