Setanta showing Mar 28 Mexican card?

One world title fight (Humberto Soto-Antonio Davis), one Interim world title fight (Fernando Montiel-Diego Oscar Silva), a novetly attraction (Chavez Jr), 3 former world champs (JL Castillo, Antonio Diaz, Alejandro Garcia). At least a couple of Top Rank fighters on the card - is it promoted by Top Rank, is it part of Top Rank deal? If so, is this on the cards for Setanta to show?
