Haye vs Arroela sounds good to me.

Haye's deal with Setanta means he has to fight a top ten fighter from one of the four major sanctioning bodies.

So there is a huge list to choose from I've bolded which ones I think are very winnable and have low risk, becuase I do beieve Haye and Booth are worried about getting caught and sparked before getting a money fight against Wlad or Vitali.

See there are plenty of fights Haye should and can make.

I understand they probably wouldn't want him in against a Ruiz or Toney who could make him look really bad. I also can get leaving out big hitters like Sam Peter, Arreloa etc.

But the truth is if you want to challenge for the Championship of the World you should have to earn it, that said there are lots of fighters I've bolded who Haye should beat comfortably if he's as good as he says he is. IMO Haye was hurt against Barret in the fifth round, and their worried about it happening again, hence getting to Klitchko ASAP

Well no has ever been able to do that to Toney in 70 fights.

I actually think Haye would beat Toney, but Toney would make Haye look bad doing it, thats why I didn't highlight him or Ruiz.

To be honest if you want to fight for the Championship of the World I think you should be willing to fight anyone.

Even though Haye has to fight a top ten as part of his Setanta deal and I think the O2 deal tool, I reckon they would accept Audley. And I'd like to see that fight and it's a good warm up.

Haye would probably spark him quickly, but can you imagine if Audley came to fight and thought feck it I'm going for it, it could get interesting.

Bunce could hype it enough for Setanta to go with it.

The press conferences would be brilliant.

As I've earlier stated Mark I think to call yourself the best yuou should beat the best. But I can also see it from Haymakers point of view, that Ruiz is a big risk and if he loses its a long way back, even if he wins it'll be hard to look doing it.

Their plan IMO is to get to Wlad and hopefully land a bomb

I'd deffinatly go for the Ruiz fight, it would be a very recognisable name who is willing to travell over hear to fight him, both would come to win and I think it would be much like the Fragomeni fight for Haye and exactly the kind of fight he should be taking at heavyweight (1) to get the shot (2) to get exposior (3) as Haye is a young fighter -only 29- and also an unproven heavyweight I think the experiance of fighting someone who is hard to beat and who he may not KO is a good thing for him to do.

No disrespect to Rogan but that fight wouldn't do much for Haye, Haye needs to be taking on highly ranked and well known fighters to increase interest and exposure for a potential title fight.

I think if skelton had beat Rogan that would have been a good fight as he was commonwealth champion (a belt is always nice even a crap one) and he'd recently put in a good show in a world title fight. But Rogan doesn't have a very extencive record and has no international repuation, if its a british fighter it should be Audley as a main event or Sprott as a making time fight on an undercard.

If Haye wants to be taken seriously he needs to face a known world class guy. It looks bad when you call out the best HW in the world then fight domestic opposition in your next bout, and so far thats all Rogan is.

Why has David Haye been so inactive in his career? Only 22 fights over 6 years or so - thats a part timer.
