Today I watched one of Dick Tiger's fights on youtube and he reminded me of Nigel Benn. Both very strong, powerful, agressive fighters. Who would win?

Not too competitive. Tiger was on a much higher level than Benn.

- Sure all of the above wrapped in polar opposite styles and personalities, yin and yang.

Tiger could be outboxed and outworked at times, but Benn a warrior susceptible in trades. Be a great fight that favors Tiger who was physically stronger with a denser frame, better stamina and superior chin.

Benn would look like the goods the first half, but Tiger would breech his defense the 2nd half with a likely stoppage.

Did Broughton and I just agree? The world must be turning the other way today!

Benn's qualities have been a little forgotten over the years --- he was better than history remembers.

He wouldn't have stood a prayer with Tiger.

Not only a class above, but Benn's style was tailor made for him.

Tiger by KO within five.

Tiger by KO around the 8th.

Taylor made for Tiger. Good fight while it lasts which wouldnt be long. Tiger by TKO inside of 10.

this would be one of the best match-ups ever! different outcomes in a trilogy

The only different outcomes would be Tiger TKO 9, Tiger TKO 6, and Tiger KO 3.

A great fight because Nigel would go out on his shield.

The problem here is that Tiger would be able to go the distance no matter how much leather Benn landed. Benn would have to come out with the mindset of going the distance.

I actually think that Benn has a chance in a 10 round fight. If he can hang on after 8 then his early work could see him squeak by.

Over 15 there is only one winner.

nigel was a fave of mine but he gets a lesson from a peak tiger. a painful lesson that lasts about 8 rounds. good fight to watch though
