Fury has been in training since well before Xmas - Swaby took this fight at a weeks notice.

A Decent scalp but i believe he is still overhyped.

Plus- good jab, good speed, can throw combinations.

cons- poor reaction to punch thrown at him, lack of 1 punch power,

Fury wins. Corner stopped the fight. Good bodywork by Fury. Decent performance.

Good atmosphere here (I'm typing this via my mobile).

Nice variation of punches and good hand speed too. he also shipped a couple of punches himself in the first 2 rounds and it was good to see him get a decent workout.
Swaby was blowing hard after a couple of rounds and the short notic in which he took the fight showed.

Nice win for Fury but he caught Swaby with a lot of shots yet didn't really look like having him over. Has he put any of his opponents down yet?
His power may be an issue...still, he is only a baby and is certainly getting in better shape with every fight.

tyson fury got the sort of test he needed after 3 easy wins , credit to hennesy and swaby for taking this fight.

hope he gets a decent american journeyman in his next fight when he fights on the froch bill in april

Naturally I wanted Lee to win but well done to the big lad - Have to say though - I am impressed with the range of shots - but I remain convinced there is still a lot of work to be done on the fitness!!!

Much improved tonight by Fury, I have been a critic but I saw the improvement in his work tonight. Still raw obviously but keep developing him. I can defo see a lack of out and out power which could hold him back on the title level, but has good hand speed and his size is obviously a big advantage.

I'd like to see him knock someone out properly, rather than dominate and grind them down.

Good show by Swaby, man he looked beaten up at the end of round four!

The defense of Tyson needs work, i didn't like the way he half turned his back and stuck out his left hand when Swaby was throwing punches.
But i was impressed with his variety of shots, still needs to work on his left hook.

He has at the right trainer at the moment, but at around the 10th fight onwards he needs a proven trainer that can develop him into a champion class boxer.....in Manchester I would say Brian Hughes he will also get his defence sorted out, not quitre sure if Fury would fit into the collyhurst as it is small in there and he is huge!!!!lol

What I would say is that he is massively young for a heavyweight and is carrying more than a little puppy fat still. Two, three years from now we might well see a more chiselled athlete and a bigger puncher.

maybe so, but at heavyweight you dont have to make any weight, that makes a huge difference, plus, swaby works in a gym, he is always fit.

cant believe how much stick fury takes for a 4 fight novice. I like the kid.

Granted his dads gib hasnt helped him, but people should cut him some slack!
