Sweetchuck fighting in NZ! What gives?

I have been following the career of boxing journalist turned heavyweight fighter Charles 'Sweetchuck' Presnell. He didn't get off to a good start - being KO'd in a round in his first three fights. But now he has a fight scheduled in New Zealand next month - how this this turn of events come about?

I know that of course - I just wondered how he came about fighting in New Zealand? Is he going to settle there and fight out of New Zealand regulary? Tell me more about it mate?
