I've only seen saville and Murphy out of that lot

i think i can guarantee they will both come out swinging, especially in the 4 round format.

Saville especially just stands square-on and throws bombs, his two fights with Baz Carey were both mini-classic wars

Murphy is about 5 foot 1 or something so i'd look for Brawley to keep him at distance.

Murphy 5ft 3 ish very strong and fit told he has a good chance in this, 7-1

yeah he's very very muscled looks in great condition, seems to have pretty heavy hands too but struggles with guys that can keep him at distance

however he beat gary Buckland who at the time was 14-0 and who himself has a win over Craig docherty. the Buckland win maybe as good as any of the Prizefighter contestants have got.

thats what I heard although I hear that over the last year or so he's been having very good sparring in London

heh, just because i have seen him box i want him to do well, i always get that with the PF fights, i've seen 3 or 4 out of 8 and want one of them to win 8)

Get youre Cash on Gary McArthur Imo Gary is kracking boxer and is prob one the best boxers in the prizefighter he had a very good amatuer Career missed out on Commonwelth games in australia due to injury hes a classy boxer a have £50 on him to win it Cmon the Clydebank blitz hes sold the most tickets prob be near 600 easy

Gary Beat him as amatuer well

I think Gary Mcarthur has a great chance, the 3 round format will suit him, just hope he manages not to be to rusty he's not fought in a while.

If they are you can forget an English winner.

If the officials are fair whoever wins it will has to beat Saville

i got odds of 6/1 on burke at first so lashed £20 on

easy money!

i feel for burkey cos hes hardly been given a chance as a pro & has been avoided quite a bit. i reckon he will seaze this opportunity.

someone mentioned something about a fighter beating another fighter in the amateurs, stephen burke beat paulie malignaggi during his successful amateur days.

Unorthodox, knew little about Burke, interesting if he did beat Malinaggi!

Burke or Murphy. I can't split them.

I dont know many of these, seen Saville a couple of times on Sky he looks a brawler but if some of the others have good amateur backgrounds I can see them outboxing him quite easily as he looks fairly limited.

I really am struggling to pick a winner as Ive seen so few of them so will be avoiding having a bet on it put it that way. Will still watch with some interest.

I fancy the favorite Ryan Brawley here.

Comes in to the competition unbeaten in nine fights. He fights out of the southpaw stance which will help him here because it will make him awkward for his opponents. He's looked very good in his pro fights so far and he stopped the solid Jamie McKeever in his last fight and he has the highest boxrec record out of these guys. Also has a solid amateur pedigree having won the British Amateur title and considering not much power in this field, the ability to box effectivley is vital.

Other guys I like are Paul Holborn who's the current International Masters champion and has fought some good guys like Youssef Al Hamidi and Amir Unsworth. As mentioned Gary McArthur is going to be a threat but he's been out of the ring for over a year, although he has a good CV, unbeaten in 11 fights and held the British Masters title.

Brawley looked pretty good beating murphy, Paul Holborn is doing well against charlie king at the moment, looking forward to the next fight and seeing steve saville, he looks in great shape.

Murphy was raw and lacked a bit of creativity, but Brawley boxed well. Holborn was too busy for King who in fairness was quite poor.

King was awful

Saville is having his ears boxed off here. McArthur is very impressive but maybe Steve's style is made for him.
