so Matt Hall cant get in the papers so he has to mouth off about Calzaghe to make some waves - thats a little embarrassing!

Haughian is a quality fighter, very skilled but lacks some power.

It was because Joe Caazaghe was giving tips to Kerry Hope during their fight, Brian Hughes also went mad.

Hall knocked out WBO #7 (I think), Pryce. That surely is worthy of a WBO ranking.

Hall wasn't mouthing off, Colin Hart made reference to it in his column.

Why were they upset with Joe, can't understand that. Anybody would want their own camp mate to win.

silly to take on Joe.
I don't believe Calzaghe would be a good street fighter whereas Hall is.

I would say a lot of good street fighter would handle Calazghe on the streets with ease. He just would not have the style to grit it out nor the ko punch.

Hall would get KO'd quick time wherever he fought Calzaghe.

So what are you saying that Calzaghe would be a force to reckon with in a street fight?

Lads this is not a fornicating video game it's boxing, and Calzaghe, whether you like him or not, is regarded as a modern great of the sport in Britain.

Hall has done fornicate all bar beat Pryce.

Can you be a modern great if you take 8 yrs as a title holder to stepup, look impressive for a couple of fights and then look an absolute mess v a pair of ancient legends?

I'm not talking about boxing i'm talking about street fighting where you gauge and bite people. I know people who would anihilate Calzaghe on the street.

I think teddy is making the point that street fighting and boxing are completely different and I agree with him, I've seen some monsters on the street but that doesn't mean they'd do much in a boxing ring, some will but not many. Also you can see somebody like Tyson as top dog on the street but on the other hand could you put Wladimir Klitschko in the same scenario?
