Conflict of interest contracts?

Has there been a time where sparing partners had to sign a conflict of interest agreement with the man they are sparing with?

The reason why I ask this is that the "Boxers of the past" threads seem to have a number of topics about sparing partners. For instance, I see that Larry Holmes was used as a partner for both Ali and Frazier. Obviously, Larry would have inside information about both camps. One would assume that a former champion/trainer/manager would be upset if a sparing partner left camp with information he gleaned from weeks of sparing with the champ and then be hired by the challenger to work with him as he prepared for a fight with the champ.

Any sparing partners here on the board ever run into a situation like this?

This subject vaguely reminds me of the movie 'The Greatest' that Ali starred in. Near the end of the film, before the 'Rumble in The Jungle', a sparring partner of George Foreman's came to Ali's camp and told him that "I seen guys who could stun ya, I seen guys who could knock you out, but George is the only guy I know who could kill you!", then they asked him his opinion on who would win and he said "I'd have to say George."

Whether the incident was fake or not, it reminded me of this threads subject.
