Saw on Fighnews that Butterbean will take on William "Refridgerator" Perry.

Okay, okay...it's not really "boxing" but I'd love to see Perry drop The Bean.

I couldn't quite spell in my last post.

The Fridge got knocked out in the Football vs. Wrestling Toughman contest. He looked terrible, and could not box at all. I believe a wrestler beat him, I can't remember, but the guy beat him easily. Butterbean will knock him out in the first round.

heheh yea all the bad ass mothers of football, with the exception of icky woods look terrible but icky dropped a fight with LT which was a total gift in my opinion. anyway perry is gonna lose this one and bad (is he that fat bastard guy?)

The Fridge weighs over 400 .Fridge will get killed .No if they were playing football .....

Will the winner then take on Fat Bastard?

I believe that The Refrigerator will be the downfall of both Butterbean and Fat Bastard!

No kidding, for a moment I entertained keeping it on tape, but then I figured it was a waste of space, so I recorded over it. None of those guys or women had any skill. Dustin Diamond (Screech from Saved by the Bell) was acting like he was all tough, God I wish he was in with a legit boxer, he would get his ass handed to him.

I remember seeing "Fridge" a few years back in the TOUGHMAN contests. He was in FOOTBALL vs WRESTLERS and another one where it was NFL vs AFL players. I think The Fridge lost to "Hardbody" Harrison in the Toughman Wrestler/Football one. In the AFL vs NFL Fridge took a horrible one sided beating from Bob The Beast Sapp [now a K-1 fighter].

I have to think, since watching the TOUGHMAN contests and the CELEBRITY BOXING matches that "Fridge" was apart of...that the Manute Bol fight had to been faked. Cus I remember Fridge hit Bol in the first round and with the first punch thrown in the fight, and the 7'6" Bol went across the ring rather easily.

From that point on, Fridge Perry didn't even try against Bol...I think he didn't want to hurt him. But that's just my opinion.

As far as this fight with Butterbean goes...it was actually during the "Toughman" circuit that Fridge thought of becoming a professional boxer, but for some reason he couldn't get licensed, some health problem or something and he was supposed to take "The Bean" on even then.

I like Fridge Perry, but [and God don't laugh] I think Butterbean has improved a bit over the years and has had 80 some bouts [though against a majority of stiffs and McNeeley and 55yr old Holmes] and Bean I think, if this fight happens, will end up beating Fridge Perry inside of four rounds.

Not many men have made a successful transition from the NFL to boxing, with possibly the lone exception of Charlie Powell who was at best a fringe contender. Plus Fridge has got to be pushin 50 years old or more and he has to weight 400 pounds himself or more.

Bean will beat him if the fight happens, if not, then hell put Fridge Perry against Larry Holmes and get Butterbean to retire.

I would love to watch a clash between two large guys like these two. I thought Butterbean was talking about retirement.
