Anyone got the results, specifically Mark Thompson ?

mark thompson won so did darren askew not sure about any 1 else

Mark Thompson won pts6. Boxed a real tough German kid, came through a rough 5th round and showed a lot of heart.
Craig Lyon won pts4 v Anthony Hanna
Martyn Grainger won rsc1 v Hastings Rasani
Lee Kellett drew with Jason Callum
Paulino Da Silva won points

There were 2 other fights but can't remember who they were.

All in all was a decent show.

Wasnt it borovski mark was fighting in the end?
Someone just sent me the following over e-mail...

My mate said Thompson nearly lost it. Cant remember if he said the Ukranian dropped him in the 5th or if he hurt him bad but he certainly said he was out on his feet and the ref had a very good look at stopping it!!! he scored it 3 each, said it was a hometown decision for sure. The Ukrainian is nails apparently, took everything Thompson threw at him and was blowing him kisses

Is this accurate, if so Im surprised Borovski (if it was him) took 3 rounds off mark and looked fo the win that badly.

It wasn't Borovski, it was a late German replacement. All he knew was he'd had 19 and never been stopped. To be fair to Thompson after the scare in the 5th when he was wobbled, the 6th was by far the best round of the fight for Thompson. I had it 4 rounds to 2 for Thompson. He will learn a lot from that fight, a lot more then blowing away opponents in a couple of rounds like he usually does.
