what if cus d'amato had lived an extra 10 years or so and kept tyson in his prime well into the early 90's how would see these fights going:
tyson - holyfield - when it was supposed to happen after the douglass fight if tyson was still in his prime and he beat douglass how do you see this fight going
tyson - bowe
tyson - lewis
tyson - foreman
assuming all of these would be around the mid or early 90's - and remember tyson would still be at his best and not have went to prison

I still think Tyson would struggle with Lewis due to his height and how well he uses it i think he beats the rest of them

- Cus, Jacobs, Cayton, and Rooney deserve tremendous credit for providing the structure, the training, and the integrity to develop Tyson, but with the success Tyson was enjoying, eventually the personal demons were bound and determined to reclaim him.

They used boxing as a tool to reclaim Tyson's life. After King wormed his way in, Tyson was placed on very strong medications to keep him manageable in between increasingly fewer ring appearances, many more criminal charges, and massive weight gains.

They never would've agreed to manage and train him on the medication. Tyson would've been able to retire with a substantial nest egg instead of coming out of prison broke and having to fight when he was no longer interested in fighting the best and could no longer even manage his life.
