&#039;&#039;&#039;Vic Hansen&#039;&#039;&#039; was born Vigo Hansen, Jr. in San Luis Obispo, California on May 27 1884, he was the Son of Vigo Hansen Sr. (Birth name &amp;quot;Viggo Johansen&amp;quot;) and Mother G.T. Hansen who both legally immigrated from Copenhagen, Denmark.  He was a middleweight boxer who met many outstanding opponents, including [[Mike Gibbons]], [[Tommy Gibbons]], [[Frank Klaus]], [[Jack Dillon]], [[Joe Thomas]], [[Gus Christie]], [[Jeff Clark]], and [[Dick Gilbert]].  According to the databases of the U.S. Census Records (up to 1930), the World War I Draft Registration Records (covering the years of 1917 and 1918), and the California Death Records on Ancestry.com, there is one Vigo Hansen, a farmer and bar owner who lived in San Luis Obispo County until his death on August 12, 1966, at the age of 82.
