Khytrov knocked down a tiring MacNeil in the tenth and final round to secure the win. Khytrov had Mcneil out and Mcneil threw 2 intentional low blows that usually great REF Rosado would of called but did not. Mcneil did what he had to do to survive but he was clearly going to be TKO.<br /> <br /> <br /> * MacNeil had Khytrov cut on the corner of the left eye in the third round by a HEADBUT and spent the remainder of the bout working the cut with dirty tactics. Khytrov cutman Joey Eye did a masterful job trying to control the cut, but the blood continued to flow. The bout was scored correct by the judges .
