In the richly talented junior welterweight division, it is very difficult to become an elite fighter. The question many experts have been asking is if Nick Casal can fit in with them. Nick has always been a student of the game, watching [[Mike Tyson]] films as a toddler. Most of his time he used up at Casals gym and even in his toddler years he trained in his father's garage. "I've been a gym rat most of my life," said Casal. Only nineteen, "Hands of Gold" is considered a bone crushing puncher detuning his first eleven opponents. Though never tested against strong opposition, Nick took a slight step up when he defeated [[Jose Luis Noyola]] by decision. Casal sets high goals for himself saying he wants to be nationally ranked by age 20 and a world title-holder by age 21. There are many questions to be answered with Casal and he is yet to be nationally televised but when the door is open, he's going to be fun to watch.
