*I'll refrain from deleting and let a mod work this out, but, who told you there's a limit to how long the lineal can be inactive for? You're applying a rule that generally exists in sanctioning body and unofficial titles like Ring or TBRB to a title that existed prior to these types of rules being thought of or codified. Or, to say that differently, the reason there are inactivity rules now is because there was time when there wasn't any and many, many, many lineal champions took full advantage of that. There are no rules to lineal, only traditions, and inactivity is not covered by them. Rules come from bodies and media trying to mimic a body. Tyson can't be stripped for inactivity or drug use. Read a book before you edit Boxrec. Learn the subject before you try to teach others or influence their resources.
