Andrés Aldama (Born: April 9, 1956) was a Cuban amateur boxer, who won the Gold medal at the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games, in the Welterweight (67 kg) class. Aldama defeated John Mugabi of Uganda in the final. In 1976 Aldama, had won the silver medal in the Light Welterweight class, losing to Sugar Ray Leonard in the final.
