This Lew/Lou Snyder was the Mountain West amateur Flyweight Champion for 1927. Snyder was a stablemate of highly ranked Denver Mickey Cohen before moving to California sometime in 1930-31. Ranked by Abe Pollock of the Rocky Mountain News as the 5th best Flyweight in the World for December 1928! This Lou Snyder also happened to be Jewish. Record very incomplete at this time.
