"Twice the WBA Changed the decision after referee had awarded the WBA junior lightweight title to Villablanca on a technical knockout in the 11th round. Twenty days later the WBA championship commitee decided that the cut which had resulted in stoppage of the fight had been caused by a deliberate butt and declared the fight null and void.
