Bout Summary

Romanov started the fight desperately trying to take his opponent out of the fight early. Zoff used his boxing experience to negate his speed and to avoid his power punches. In the fifth round, Romanov finally found his range, rocking his foe numerous times. In round seven, Zoff was wobbled again. The bout, however, was competitive until its end with Romanov being slightly better. After the fight, Romanov revealed he had been suffering from a viral infection prior to the Zoff bout.
