Bout Summary

• Taconing came out firing power shots, while Talape was also firing some shots of his own. A right hook from Taconing, as both fighters were trading, dropped Talape within the first 30 seconds of the fight. Talape would beat the count, but Taconing was eager to get the early knockout victory. As fighting resumed, Taconing figured that he would be able to finish off Talape. A combination of right and left hooks dropped Talape for a second time. Another combination would drop Talape later in the round, prompting the referee to stop the fight immediately in just the very first round.
