Ex-Cruiserweight world champion Pultz, almost 48 years old at the time of this bout, spent the majority of this fight grabbing and holding his shorter but more aggressive opponent. For his part, Holley, 39, threw more punches than Pultz and earned the win. Pultz' legs were there, but his hand speed reflexes were not. Going back 25 years to 1982, it was the first time in his career ex-champion Pultz actually lost a decision.
