Cintron rattled Arias repeatedly in the first round before dropping him with a right hand at the end of the second round. Wobbly and in bad shape, Arias barely made it out of the round, and went on to get rocked hard once more in the next round. When on the verge of yet another knockdown, the referee stepped in and called the bout off at 1:05 of the third round.
