Bout Summary
In round four, a right hand from Hanshaw stunned Dirrell only for Dirrell to fire right back with a more damaging counter left that hurt Hanshaw. Dirrell would again hurt Hanshaw with a hard lead left in the closing seconds to drop him. In the fifth round, a left-right-left combination along the ropes hurt Hanshaw, who tried to spin off to get away. He found a double right jab following him into the ropes again before a final Dirrell left hand was uncorked to force the stoppage.
