Last weekend Polish Aleksy Kuziemski became the new European 'EBA' Light-Heavyweight Champion by TKO on 9th round over Lithuanian boxer Mantas Tarvydas (15-4-0/10 KOs). Tarvydas had the experience of three major Championships on the last 12 months (WBO I/C, IBF I/C & WBC Youth) but that was not enough to stop the Polish puncher Kuziemski as he dominated clearly most of the actions up to the 9th round when French ref Jean Louis Legland after three knockdowns in rounds no. 2 and 3 decided it was enough an called it off at 0:30 min. of the ninth.
