In the main event of a four fight card broadcast live over the internet from the Roseland Ballroom in New York City, lightweight Aldo Valtierra of Mexico (25-10, 13 kayos) scored a majority ten round decision upset over previously unbeaten Jorge Luis Teron of Bronx (22-1-1, 15 kayos). The close bout featured toe-to-toe action for all ten rounds at a furious pace, and looked like it could have gone either way. Teron was ranked #4 by the WBO going into this bout.
