As a result of the reports from the KBC and the TBC in regards to the investigation of the identity of the challenger of the OPBF Super Lightweight title bout, the OPBF headquarters hereby officially declares the following:
The OPBF revokes recognition of the fight between Jung-Bum Kim and Singhtothong Flouridegym (Real name:Mr.Samart Ngamsanga) as an OPBF Super Lightweight title on May 18,2009 in Jeju, Korea.
The reason for this is that the Thai fighter who actually fought had fraudulently assumed the identity of Singhothong. We resarched into the fighter and found that his real name is Chaiyaporn Chankhiao, not Samart Ngamsanga.
Therefore, we have decided the match was not a legal, valid title bout.
