Dado won in easy fashion in the second meeting between these two. Dado used an effective left hand and his edge in foot speed to control the much slower Olivera. Olivera who liked to fight in clinches, complained about the quick breaks he received from referee Jimmy Duffy.
After the bout Dado announced his intentions to go for the Featherweight Title against Joey Archibald. At this point in time, he was claiming both the World Flyweight and World Bantamweight Titles.
