Bout Summary

Narvaez controlled the action throughout by coming forward, crowding Cabrera, and smothering him with flurries. Cabrera tried to land the heavier shots but struggled to hit the quicker Narvaez. A clash of heads in Round 8 opened a cut on the left eyebrow of Narvaez that bled down the side of his face for much of the remainder of the bout. Cabrera was warned for a low blow in Round 9 and deducted one point in Round 10 for a clash of heads.
