A clear win for Greb according to the Grand Rapids Press, which stated that after Greb was floored and hurt in the first round, he gathered himself and "from thereafter hit the sturdy Scot from Milwaukee with everything but the park flagstaff...In the second round he began to find himself and from that moment there never was a doubt as to who was master." Newspaper draw according to the Grand Rapids Herald. According to the Herald, it was a great fight. The knockdown came in round one, when Jamieson landed a right to the point of Greb's chin. Harry landed some good blows to Jamieson's chin, but had to respect him after being in great danger of a knockout in round one.
