This was a fairly one-sided matchup, other than the 3rd round. In that round Chase landed a right to the chin, which floored Moore for a seven count. Chase suffered a bad cut on the side of his right eye in the 4th round. In the 9th, Moore landed a right uppercut which floored Chase. Referee Johnny Indrisano did not bother to count, and instead helped Chase's corner assist their fallen man to his corner.
