"Heavyweight Jamal Woods halted previously unbeaten 270-pounder Lorenzo Hood at 2:48 of round number two. Hood appeared to get hit with either a low blow or possibly a borderline punch. After a brief exam, referee Lou Hall started counting and near the count of eight stopped the contest and awarded the bout to Woods.
