• Holmes appeared to be down in round 6 from a left hand to the body. However, the referee ruled the punch to be a low blow and gave Holmes time to recover. After a few minutes have elapsed, the referee penalizes one point Crowley for the low blow.
• After having been given the required time to recover, Holmes indicates that he does not wish to continue, giving Crowley a TKO victory.
