• O'Halloran is best known for playing the mute super villain Non in the Superman movies of the late '70s and early '80s.
• Norton and O'Halloran were going to have a rematch on November 21, 1972, but O'Halloran withdrew from the fight because of tendonitis in his right elbow. Henry Clark substituted for O'Halloran and was stopped in nine rounds by Norton.
